1.2项目地点：项目地处马尔代夫斯拉夫士岛，距离马尔代夫首都约20公里。

Project Location: The project is located at Thilafushi Island, Maldives, approximately 20 kilometers away from the capital Malé.

2. 招标内容 Scope of Tender

2.1 采购钢筋一批用于项目土建施工，具体需求如下：

Procurement of a batch of rebar for the project’s civil works. The details are as follows:

2.2 交货地点：**松下码头。

Delivery Location: Fuzhou Songxia Port.

2.3 交货时间：2026年11月1日前

Delivery Time: on or before 1 November 2026.

2.4 报价人应根据上述需求量进行报价，价格应包含将货物送至**松下码头所涉及的全部费用。

2.5 询价人要求的付款条件为货物集港后14天内支付货款的70%，货物到场验收完毕后支付剩余的30%，支付币种为美元。

The payment terms required by the Inquirer are as follows: 70% of the contract price shall be paid within 14 days after the goods are delivered to the port of shipment, and the remaining 30% shall be paid after the goods have arrived on site and passed inspection. The payment currency shall be USD.

2.6 报价人人需确保可按照第2.3节要求按期交货，且付款条件应满足2.5节要求，如经询价人评估后发现报价人无法按期交货，则该报价将不被视为有效报价。

The Bidder shall ensure that it is capable of making delivery on time in accordance with the delivery schedule specified in Section 2.3 and the payment terms meet the requirement in Section 2.5. If, upon evaluation by the Tenderer, it is determined that the Bidder is unable to make delivery on time, the Bidder’s quotation shall not be considered a valid quotation.

3. 质量和技术要求 Quality and Technical Requirements

报价人应提供对应规格材料的质量检测报告或质量证明。
